The Marketing Manager builds brand awareness by developing and executing marketing strategies to meet business needs and maximize profits.


Here’s what you can expect to accomplish in this role:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop overall creative strategy in alignment with company priorities

  • Oversee the achievement of monthly revenue targets through the strategic implementation of cohesive marketing activities

  • Supervise marketing team, budgets, processes, and projects toward company objectives

  • Manage the consistent expression and evaluation of the brand voice, vibe, and visuals throughout the entire brand galaxy (products/services/marketing/customer experience/team experience etc)

  • Direct the production process of all company media (digital, print, video, photo, audio, client testimonials etc) including content conceptualization, editing, storage, and analytics

  • Spearhead the production of high-converting creative copywriting across all business contexts

  • Oversee the creation of a quarterly social media calendar including high-quality concepts and content topics to reach the company’s target customers and generate leads.

  • Assist in the coordination of other special projects as needed


Ideal Candidate Profile

Knowledge of and interest in the personal development + relationship industry

  • A bachelor’s degree is required (marketing, business, or related fields)

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing, sales, or public relations role

  • Organized, thorough self-starter able to work in a dynamic environment with limited oversight

  • Fastidious attention to detail

  • Excellent written + verbal communication skills

  • Ability to drive a team to meet deadlines

  • Favorably represent company to customers

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Ability to travel 5%-10% of time and work a flexible work schedule
